Alliedīs zinc coated RS products are triple coated for up to 25% greater corrosion resistance than galvanized Schedule 40 pipe. Alliedīs patented in-line coating process provides a smooth, shiny, uniform appearance. In addition, Alliedīs RS products are 43% stronger (GA/GA), and up to 39% lighter for RS- 20...up to 17% lighter for RS-40 than galvanized Schedule 40 pipe. This allows for ease of handling and fabrication for all present and potential product applications.

Alliedīs Flo-CoatŪ tubing can be easily painted with a variety of liquid and powder coatings. Extensive pre-cleaning is not necessary...excellent adhesion is achieved, even at high baking temperatures.
